Bacterial Growth Simulator
Description
The Bacterial Culture Simulator is an educational visual simulation for exploring how different bacterial samples respond to changing environmental conditions. Select a bacterium to view its shape, color, habitat, oxygen requirements, notes, and possible human-health associations, then compare how the simulated culture changes across different environments. The simulator tracks population, colony count, elapsed time, growth trend, and viability while you adjust environmental compatibility and stress variables. This is a simplified educational model and is not a diagnostic tool or laboratory culturing guide.
How To Use
Select a bacterial sample, choose an environment, adjust the environmental variables, and press Play. Watch the Petri dish, live statistics, and Observation readout to see whether the simulated culture grows, remains stable, or declines.
| Section | Control | Action |

| Bacteria | Search / Categories | Search the bacteria library or filter samples by category. |
| Bacteria | Sample Card | Select a bacterium. The information panel shows its shape, color, habitat, oxygen requirements, notes, possible human-health symptoms or associations, and description. |
| Environment | Environment Menu | Choose Laboratory Petri Dish, Forest Soil, Freshwater Pond, Marine Water, Human Skin, Oral Environment, Low-Oxygen Intestinal Environment, Hot Spring, Acidic Environment, Hypersaline Lake, Dry Surface, or Wastewater. |
| Conditions | Temperature | Adjust temperature compatibility from 0% to 100%. |
| Conditions | pH | Adjust pH compatibility from 0% to 100%. |
| Conditions | Nutrients | Change nutrient availability for the simulated culture. |
| Conditions | Moisture | Change moisture compatibility. |
