Jade Spirit Pavilion — The Pendulum Chamber
A simulator that demonstrates Earth's rotation through the motion of a Foucault pendulum, featuring a rotating Chi symbol and a ring of dominoes that fall as the pendulum swings.
How to Use
Press Play to open the simulation, then select Enter the chamber inside it. Watch the pendulum swing toward the dominoes. Use the controls to change the view, adjust time and latitude, or rotate the Chi symbol.

| Time | Speed | Choose real time, 10×, or 60× to observe the movement at different speeds. |
| Physics | Latitude | Choose a latitude to change the rate and direction of the pendulum's Foucault precession. |
| Chi symbol | Start Chi | Gradually starts rotating the Chi symbol. The fish have their own separate spinning animation. |
| Chi symbol | Stop Chi | Gradually slows the main Chi symbol to a stop without stopping the fish animation. |
| Camera | Drag / Scroll | Drag to look around the pavilion. Scroll to zoom in or out. |
| Camera | Orbit view | Switches between the orbit camera and an overhead view. |
| Camera | Bird mode | Move freely using W, A, S, and D; use Q and E to move down and up. Drag to look around. |
| Sound | Sound on/off | Turns the pavilion's ambient audio and pendulum and domino sounds on or off. |
01Press Play and enter the chamber to start the pendulum.
02Drag to explore, adjust speed or latitude, and use Start Chi or Stop Chi to control the symbol's rotation.
03Watch the dominoes fall, then select Reset to center to gently restore the chamber.
